I am a Meteorologist Graduate from Western Connecticut State University. I also interned at Channel 8 News in New Haven, CT. I have had a great passion for weather since the age of 9. I was on vacation in Florida when a strong thunderstorm swept through the area producing a tornado. After the storm passed my father took me to see the damage. I was so overwhelmed with what I saw that it made me want to learn about weather. Here I am chasing my dream 14 years later. Although my ultimate goal one day would to be a tornado chaser, I have a passion to be on TV and give the community that I live in the weather forecasts. Telling people the weather as well as answering those tricky questions always brightens up my day. How big or little the storm may be, I still get the same enjoyment forecasting it.
